We are a part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates with Neurological Surgery, Neurology, Critical Care, ENT and Vascular Surgery to provide our patients with information about the treatment options available and our team recommendation. We perform more than 300 neuroendovascular interventions every year!
Ali Shaibani, MD
Dr. Shaibani is a neuroradiologist. He completed his neuroendovascular fellowship at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He also trained under the tutelage of the 1st interventional neuroradiologist in the state of Illinois, Northwestern’s very own Dr. Eric Russell. Dr. Shaibani is currently the co-director of the Neuroendovascular Program at Northwestern.
Bernard R. Bendok, MD
Dr. Bendok is a neurovascular surgeon. He completed his neuroendovascular fellowships at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and at SUNY University, Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Bendok is currently the co-director of the Neuroendovascular Program at Northwestern.
